I\/We hereby give consent to Jenny and Patrick Marketing Company Limited (JPMarket.hk) to register above trademarks\/Patents\/Designs\/Copyrights, and declare that all the information given in this application is true and accurate. I understand that registration fee will be payable before submission of the official application. I understand if there is any opposition (from official and\/or third party), the paid Registration fee will not be refunded. The trademarks\/Patenst\/Designs\/Copyrights can be filed to official again after modification, and the Government fee are needed to be paid again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I understand the specifications of goods\/services may be slightly modified when requested by the designated trademark office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. All Charges include all of the costs needed, which include all of the official fee, documentation fees and regular incidentals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. All charges does not include the charges for responding to the objection or cancellation by third parties. In case of official action, opposition, object or appeal (from official and\/or third parties), any such additional service will be billed at the expense. Applicant must bear all the expenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. All charges does not include the official search in Trademark Office. Additional charges will be billed if you need.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. If there is any opposition (from official and\/or third party), the paid Registration fee will not be refunded.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The trademark can be filed to official again after modification, and the Government fee are needed to be paid again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. All payment will not be refunded under any circumstance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
