It is reported that the trademark registration certificate generated by the announcement registration and other trademark applications will be submitted in paper form and the "Notice of Issuing a Trademark Registration Certificate" will be sent to the registrant. If you submit a trademark application electronically, you can log in to the trademark online service system to obtain an electronic trademark registration certificate. The electronic trademark registration certificate can be viewed, downloaded and printed by yourself.

In 2018, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued an announcement on the full online operation of the trademark online service system. The trademark online service system was fully operational. For trademark documents other than trademark registration certificates generated by online submission of applications, the use of paper Instead of serving as electronic documents, users can log in to the trademark online service system to download and print them; if the trademark application is submitted in paper documents, the trademark documents will still be delivered in paper documents.

On November 27 of the same year, the electronic version of the trademark registration certificate was launched. Users can log in to the China National Intellectual Property Administration website and click on "Trademark Registration Certificate", and they can query by trademark registration number, applicant name, brand name and other conditions.
